Turn boring Excel sheets into visuals
Together with colleagues, you will work for various clients using Microsoft Power BI. You bundle large amounts of data, discover correlations, and make them visual. Clients provide you with Excel sheets full of data. You clean and transform them. In this way, you provide the client with a beautiful, visual, and clear dashboard that is understandable for all levels within an organization. Your activities include:
- sparring with clients and colleagues to search for solutions to a problem together.
- thinking along with clients and making proposals accordingly.
- delivering dashboards, thereby realizing the client’s wishes.

Indocs is a Utrecht-based company consisting of down-to-earth developers. We help people make digital work as easy as possible. We build apps, manage them, and optimize processes with the Microsoft Power Platform. This allows our clients to have time left to do what they are good at!
As a team, we meet weekly to keep each other informed of the latest developments in the world of low-code and beyond. The lead developers help the juniors to quickly specialize in one or more directions of the platform.
At Indocs, we clearly enjoy our work. We are ready for you and help you achieve success. To make these successes concrete, we came up with the Power Platform Challenge. For every 10 jointly earned badges (successes), we go out. Think of activities such as beach volleyball, canoeing, mud races, mountain biking, or relaxing on the canals or lakes.
On Fridays? Then we wrap up around 4:00 PM with a drink, a game of billiards, playing guitar, mixing, chess, or gaming. Or we go out for dinner. Your commitment is rewarded
It starts with a workplace in Utrecht and the possibility to work from home. Furthermore, you can delve into tools other than Power BI. In addition, you have the full freedom to develop yourself both professionally and personally. Furthermore, based on full-time employment, you will receive:
- a gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,500.
- the possibility to work from home.
- 24 vacation days per year.

What you bring to the table
You are the specialist when it comes to Microsoft Power BI. Transforming and visualizing data: that gives you energy. You enjoy working in a team and delivering something beautiful together. In addition, you are social, find satisfaction in helping others, and have a serious outlook on life. With your sense of responsibility, you enjoy engaging with people to search for a solution every time. You consistently manage to communicate well. In doing so, you take initiative and come up with proposals that the client had not thought of before. Furthermore, you have:
- at least a higher professional education (HBO) degree in Business IT & Management or Computer Science.
- experience with processing and visualizing data, specifically with Microsoft Power BI.
- excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and oral.
- experience with Scrum and Agile working.
- demonstrable affinity with ICT.
